Blended training

CDK Global uses a blended training approach, combining traditional classroom with a number of digital learning methods. The programme offers self-paced e-learning for basic operator level functions, along with virtual training and traditional classroom courses for in-depth training requirements.

iLearn@CDKGlobal – linking learning to success

iLearn@CDKGlobal is CDK Global’s web-based LMS, offering a range of free online courses providing real-life scenarios and hands-on exercises to reinforce learning. These courses dramatically reduce the cost and time involved for attending traditional off-site classroom courses. iLearn@CDKGlobal is fully self-paced and user driven, available 24 hours a day and the user’s progress can be easily monitored and tracked.

Low start-up cost
