North-east dealer Blackstone Motors has announced a major upgrade to its dealer management system (DMS) as part of plans to enhance the dealer’s high standards of customer service. The Regional Renault and Dacia Dealer for Ireland is upgrading its dealer DMS to the latest Autoline Drive system from leading software solutions provider CDK Global.
Established since 2007, Blackstone Motors is responsible for new vehicle sales, parts, after-sales performance, brand marketing and dealer network standards for the north-east region of Louth, Meath, Monaghan and Cavan. The business prides itself on customer service and has received a number of accolades, including the 2015 SIMI National Franchised Sales Operation of the Year and National Franchised Aftersales Operation of the Year. Most recently, the dealer was voted Irish Dealer of the Year for 2015.
